Who Am I and Why Am I Here
At the civil registry of my home town I'm Anna, but by now everybody knows me as Sweet Nina.
Am I sweet? I don't know...but I know that what I prepare it is for sure!
I am an Italian girl emigrated in Israel with a big passion for 3 things:

Flamingoes - unfortunately I reincarnated as a human being
Strawberries - a story for which I should write another blog
Desserts - I faithfully believe in what I called Cake Therapy (and I don't believe in many other things)

If I am able to use the oven in the Middle East, where the sun and the heat stand over us 300 days per year..I'm sure you can manage as well!
